The Express Entry is a pathway for permanent residency for skilled workers in Canada or overseas adopted by the Canadian government to better manage and process the candidate’s application faster. The system manages the following federal economic immigration programs:
Candidates in the pool are ranked using the point-based system known as the CRS- Comprehensive Ranking System. A candidate is awarded point based on certain factors including but not limited to age, education, language proficiency, work experience of the candidate. The highest-ranking candidates are invited to apply. Approved applicants are granted permanent resident status and they can move to Canada with their family.
